First day filming
Published Friday, 12 March 2010 by CANDIMEDIA in Reem EmaryThe first day of filming was on a Tuesday, we had booked the cameras and decided to meet outside Walthamstow central station at 5.30 to go to Lydia's house and film a few scenes from our opening title sequence. The first issue we had was how to use the lightning. We wanted the scenes to be eerie and did not want the light on however the lightning we had was not very good as it was only one. It took us a while to set everything up and start filming. The group kept disagreeing on certain things and we had to retake a few times. We were also missing one member of the group so that also held us slightly back. The Mise en scene was also not very good so we decided to pack up and redo the entire thing another time. We also had the issue of who was to return the equipment at 9 the following day as none of us had any lessons at that time. We are currently going to film that scene again on Monday 15th March and then another few scenes in Epping forest on Saturday, 20th March.
