Analysis of 9 shots from Art of Title Sequence.

The opening of The Matrix starts with a computer, zooming in, into numbers that 'fall' like the rain. Its all digitalised to create he effect that it
's computer based and that it has something to do with the computer.

The background is black, to create a really eerie dark look to it. However, the raining numbers are in bright green, so it stands out. Also it looks like there's a reflection, so it's overlaping the numbers.
There's a lot of zooming in and different angles, to make it seems that the viewer is somewhat on a rollercoaster, twisting and turning.
The sounds they do is like something zooming passed, so you get the feel that it's fast pace and perhaps it's to do with chasing.
The name of the starts come up one by one, a if it's being typed on the computer.
But when the names of te production company comes up, it's 'written' in different places, to make it seem more interesting and almost as if your searching for the names.

Them, at he end of the sequence, 'The Matrix' comes up. However, even though it's like it's typed up, all the other numbers disappear so its just a black background with the green writng.
