I was shocked to find that a 17 year old girl, Ashleigh Hall was raped a murdered by a man names Peter Chapman who posed as a teenager and persauded her to meet him.

The story is incredibly tragic and awful but would make an thrilling thriller movie.
It could be about a rapist who lures teenage girls in only to murder them and agents on the hunt for this man. Sort of something like "The lovely bones" except less philosophical and fantasy but more haunting.
